Are you at a risk of osteoporosis ? Osteoporosis in simple terms is the condition that weakens your bones making them prone to breaking. It is often known as a silent disease because it shall show no symptoms other than actually breaking a bone. The easy targets are the bones in the hip,backbone and the wrist. The bones become weaker because osteoporosis causes the spaces in the honeycomb like structure in the bones to grow larger and bones get weaker as a result.  Risk factors in Osteoporosis Usually old age is associated with weaker bones, however it can occur to anyone.
